Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate female domiciliary care workers to join our team in the Basingstoke area. The role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes. Candidates must have a valid driving licence and access to a car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
- Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Previous experience in domiciliary or similar care is preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
