The predicted salary is between 13.47 - 13.47 £ per hour.
Part time - 24hrs per week over 4 days to be paid at NJC Grade C, £13.47 per hour. Fixed Term Temporary post to commence September 2026. This is a fixed term appointment linked to EHCP funding for specific support for a pupil with complex educational and medical needs in KS2.
You will provide in class support including tailored interventions and we are looking to appoint an individual with a sensitive and nurturing approach. The successful applicant will need to be flexible, communicate effectively and think creatively. You will need to show a high degree of initiative and be solution focussed. It would also be beneficial to have experience of working with children with complex needs.

Ideally, you will:
- Be able to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents;
- Have excellent English and Maths skills;
- Have high expectations of children’s behaviour and be able to maintain consistent boundaries;
- Be willing to work as part of a team and have a good sense of humour;
- Be able to use your own initiative when required;
- Have experience in a similar role in a school;
- Have prior knowledge and experience of working with children with special educational needs;
- Have experience of working with children with complex medical and educational needs.
