The role… We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team. As Bar Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktail skills and fantastic bar product knowledge. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory experience, and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence as well as leading and motivating the team is essential.
