In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of all facilities projects for your designated sites.
As a Senior Facilities Project Manager at Labcorp you will:

Work closely with our network of the site Facilities Managers, UK Project Managers, local site leads and senior leadership to ensure consistency of deployment across the sites while supporting diverse business needs.

Collaborate with EHS teams ensuring sustainability and health and safety principles are met.

Develop and manage site CapEx projects ensuring alignment with local and regional strategic plans, which will include site maintenance, break fix and growth activities.

Monitor and control project budgets to ensure controlled and consistent capital spend with reliable cashflow forecast.

Supervise the day to day activity of construction of any works, ensuring compliance and quality of workmanship.

Manage project requirements and chairing meetings as and when necessary, in order to obtain relevant information when formulating plans for new projects.

Undertake drawing office work, writing specifications/schedules of works.

Provide technical support to the Operations Supervisor or trades persons.

Participate in on-call Manager duties.

Perform other duties as required of the business.
What we need from you:

Extensive working experience within the Facilities/Construction/Engineering industry.

Supervisory experience in a facilities project management role.

Experience in service contract negotiation and management.

Technical/engineering background in mechanical, electrical or building services.

Budget management experience is essential and experience of financial systems and reporting.

Degree level preferred, but an HNC/HND Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent will be accepted if supported with relevant experience.
