Labcorp Eye, England, seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to join the facilities team.
Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5pm, 37.5 hours, to maintain site plant and engineering systems for smooth daily operations.
The role includes daily plant checks (boilers, AHU, chillers, water compliance), building fabric repairs, and updating PPMs.
You will work with the Facilities Manager and contractors, and may operate MEWP or forklifts.
A UK driving licence is required.
