Haptic Architects seeks a Studio Admin Assistant for our London Studio. We are Haptic, based in London and Oslo, working all over the world to create places that make people happy. Our practice aims to instil happiness into the way we work, promoting joy each day and making our studio an exciting place to be part of.

Haptic is a leading, award-winning, international architecture and design practice with several high-profile, ongoing international projects across a range of scales and building typologies. Our practice and projects are rooted in Scandinavian values, creating a safe and welcoming space to bring your complete self and share your ideas.

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and organised Studio Admin Assistant to join our London studio and support the administrative needs of the Haptic team. The role is full-time and studio-based. Duties will focus on activities related to studio coordination, organising events and meetings, as well as some marketing and finance activities.

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a creative environment is preferred;
  • Proactive, can-do and collaborative attitude;
  • Good listening and communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to senior colleagues;
  • Organised approach and excellent time management skills;
  • Computer literacy in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel;
  • InDesign / Photoshop experience is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Open Asset is a benefit;
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a benefit;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; fluency in a Scandinavian language, particularly Norwegian, is a benefit.
