Haptic Architects seeks a Studio Admin Assistant for our London Studio. We are Haptic, based in London and Oslo, working all over the world to create places that make people happy. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and organised Studio Admin Assistant to join our London studio and support the administrative needs of the Haptic team. The role is full-time and studio-based. Duties will focus on activities related to studio coordination, organising events and meetings, as well as some marketing and finance activities.

- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a creative environment is preferred;
- Proactive, can-do and collaborative attitude;
- Good listening and communication skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to senior colleagues;
- Organised approach and excellent time management skills;
- Computer literacy in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel;
- InDesign / Photoshop experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Open Asset is a benefit;
- Knowledge of WordPress is a benefit;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; fluency in a Scandinavian language, particularly Norwegian, is a benefit.
