We are seeking reliable and experienced Gas and Plumbing Engineers to carry out installations, servicing, breakdowns, and repairs across a range of domestic properties. The successful candidate will be Gas Safe registered and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out gas boiler installations, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer instructions and regulations
  • Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and heating systems
  • Perform landlord gas safety checks (CP12) and issue certificates
  • Install, commission, and maintain gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires, etc.)
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Ensure work complies with current Gas Safe and Building Regulations
  • Complete all relevant documentation and digital reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures
  • Manage own van stock and maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements (Essential)

  • Gas Safe Registered (with up-to-date certification)
  • ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)
  • Proven experience in domestic gas engineering
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • LPG or Commercial Gas qualifications (if applicable)
  • Experience working with smart thermostats and heating controls
  • ASHP
