At Happy Orthodontics, we’re looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist and Treament Coordinators to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations. This role is essential in supporting our clinical and administrative teams while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
As part of the Admin Team at Happy Orthodontics, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients with a warm and professional attitude, managing appointment scheduling and confirming visits, and handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly. You will also coordinate insurance details, maintain accurate patient records, and provide administrative support to the orthodontic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, along with a bachelor’s degree, which is required for this role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential to succeed in this position. While previous dental or orthodontic office experience is considered an asset, it is not required, as we value enthusiasm and the ability to grow within our team.
