Job Title: Sales Valuer Location: Greater Belfast and Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Friday, 9am to 3pm; one late evening until 7pm, and no weekends! Responsibilities include: Winning New Instructions: Managing a portfolio of resale properties, new homes, development land, and individual site sales. Conducting Property Viewings: Presenting properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features and potential. Negotiating Sales: Handling negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Contract Management: Overseeing the entire sales process from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth transactions. Client Support: Providing exceptional service to clients, including property owners, investors, and buyers. Generating Leads: Identifying opportunities to expand the client base and strengthen relationships with investors. Collaborating Across Departments: Working closely with the Lettings and Property Management teams to maximise opportunities in the property market. Key Requirements Our client is seeking a motivated individual who brings: Experience: At least two years of experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, or in a similar role within the property sector. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred). Proactive Attitude: A self-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
