Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through a combination of proactive business development and the effective management of inbound enquiries, converting warm leads into long-term clients. It is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and working with a strong flow of incoming opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and leads, qualifying prospects and converting them into confirmed sales.
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct face-to-face and online client meetings to present company services and secure agreements.
  • Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to continually refine and improve sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales-focused role (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong experience converting leads and enquiries into successful sales outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrable track record of sales success.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with HubSpot experience considered desirable.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel will be required.
