Your Role
First impressions count – and at happyhotel, that's YOU. In this role, your focus is on building relationships with hoteliers and discovering their everyday challenges. You engage in eye-level conversations, listen carefully, and position happyhotel as the solution for stress-free revenue management. Together with your colleagues, you work as a team to make happyhotel a bit more well-known and popular every day.
Your Tasks
- You help hotels to understand the benefits of our software via phone, email, and social media.
- You build a sales pipeline and schedule qualified demos for the account executive team.
- You actively network within the hotel industry.
- You identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for our product.
- You work closely with customer support, development, and marketing to showcase our customers and their success stories.
- You use our CRM system HubSpot and help build a knowledge database.
- You represent happyhotel at trade fairs (travel expectation up to 15%).
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree.
- Ideally, experience in the hotel industry (optional).
- Experience of cold-calling, paired with the necessary empathy and persistence.
- Ideally, experience selling a SaaS product and/or an affinity for technical products.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with different personalities.
- Your voice is your strongest sales tool.
- High level of self-organization and initiative.
- Drive to grow and actively help shape our growth.
- A structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile.
- Fluent in English (native level).
- Ability to travel within UK and EU.
