HappyCrown is a gaming commerce company that builds and operates marketplaces where players buy, sell and trade in-game items. Our flagship store BloxCart serves the Roblox community, and we are actively expanding into new game economies. We move fast, ship often, and care a lot about how our products look and feel.
What do we do?

- Platforms that handle thousands of products and need to feel fast, trustworthy and easy to use
- Delivery portals and post-purchase experiences tailored to young gaming audiences
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready UI
- Design and iterate on marketplace experiences across our stores, starting with BloxCart
- Create high quality visuals, marketing assets and landing pages that feel native to gaming culture
- Run and interpret basic A/B tests to validate design decisions with real data
- Work closely with developers to make sure what ships matches what was designed
- Build and maintain a consistent design system across our products
- Bring ideas to the table, not just execute on briefs
What we expect
- At least 3 years of experience designing web applications, ideally in gaming, iGaming or esports
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio that shows range, from detailed UI work to broader UX thinking
- Real understanding of UX principles, not just making things look pretty but making them work well
- Comfort with basic A/B testing and using data to back up design choices
- Experience designing for younger, gaming-oriented audiences is a big plus
- Fluent English communication (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
- Self-directed working style, you don’t need someone checking in on you every day
You’ll stand out if you have
- Experience in gaming, esports or digital goods marketplaces
- A feel for what gaming communities expect from a trustworthy platform
- Background working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
