HappyCrown is a gaming commerce company that builds and operates marketplaces where players buy, sell and trade in-game items. Our flagship store BloxCart serves the Roblox community, and we are actively expanding into new game economies. We move fast, ship often, and care a lot about how our products look and feel.

What do we do?

  • Gaming marketplaces where users can buy, trade and sell in-game items
  • Platforms that handle thousands of products and need to feel fast, trustworthy and easy to use
  • Delivery portals and post-purchase experiences tailored to young gaming audiences

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready UI
  • Design and iterate on marketplace experiences across our stores, starting with BloxCart
  • Create high quality visuals, marketing assets and landing pages that feel native to gaming culture
  • Run and interpret basic A/B tests to validate design decisions with real data
  • Work closely with developers to make sure what ships matches what was designed
  • Build and maintain a consistent design system across our products
  • Bring ideas to the table, not just execute on briefs

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing web applications, ideally in gaming, iGaming or esports
  • Strong Figma skills and a portfolio that shows range, from detailed UI work to broader UX thinking
  • Real understanding of UX principles, not just making things look pretty but making them work well
  • Comfort with basic A/B testing and using data to back up design choices
  • Experience designing for younger, gaming-oriented audiences is a big plus
  • Fluent English communication (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
  • Self-directed working style, you don’t need someone checking in on you every day

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience in gaming, esports or digital goods marketplaces
  • A feel for what gaming communities expect from a trustworthy platform
  • Background working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Motion design or illustration skills

What we offer:

  • 100% remote, always
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Flexible schedule built around results, not hours
  • Full creative ownership of how our products look and feel
  • A small, focused team where your work has immediate visible impact
  • The chance to shape the design direction of multiple gaming marketplaces from the ground up

Salary and contract: $2,500 – $5,000 / month (gross). B2B contract for international candidates, regular employment for UK-based candidates.
