We are looking for an experienced or certificate-holding Veterinary Surgeon for a permanent position in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. Salary up to £80,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package.

- The Team: Work as part of a collaborative 4-vet team alongside 3 experienced vets, including a Surgery Certificate Holder and a Feline Medicine Certificate Holder. You will be brilliantly supported by our fantastic team of 4 RVNs and 1 VCA!
- The Facilities: State-of-the-art diagnostic setup including digital X-rays, an advanced ultrasound machine, in-house full blood analysers, Imagyst digital cytology, ECG, and laser. Plus, 2 operating theatres, a separate cat waiting area, a dedicated quiet room, and 24/7 client support via VidiVet.
- The Location: Beautiful coastal living, plus we are ideally located close to Gatwick Airport and London.
- Community: We are deeply committed to our local area, regularly backing local charities and sports teams.
- The Package & Balance: 37.33 hours per week with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota. No traditional OOH. Very open to discussing alternative working patterns to fit your lifestyle. Paid CPD allowance to support your professional growth. Holidays: statutory plus bank holidays (pro rata to hours worked). About You: You are an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong primary care experience. You are either an experienced vet or hold a postgraduate veterinary certificate (or are close to completion), and you thrive in a tight-knit independent environment.
