Happy Smiles CIC is seeking a Work & Inclusion Coach to support and coach our Lived Experience Experts, Involvement Representatives and Volunteers. The role involves developing, delivering and evaluating training programmes across our projects and workshops, with travel across the Northwest and in-person work at Wigan Headquarters. You will work closely with Lead Facilitators, the Training Manager and the Inclusion Coordinator to build confidence, expand independent skills and ensure transparent communication.
