Construction Administrator We are working with an award-winning client based in Dublin 17 to recruit for a Construction Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a varied role and a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and work for a successful company.

The Construction Administrator will be responsible for: Issue daily and weekly whereabouts reports within required timescales.

Save daily site photographs from Whats App groups to the relevant Share Point job folders.

Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontract Orders (SCOs) in Red Sky as requested by Quantity Surveyors and Management.

Maintain the Material Order Register by recording all purchase orders.

Update the Materials Order/Goods Received Register by recording GRNs from all sites and following up on outstanding GRNs weekly and monthly.

Download, compile, and distribute weekly plant and equipment hire reports to Quantity Surveyors by supplier and project.

Obtain permits, licences, and statutory authority drawings from relevant authorities to support project delivery.

Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate project information.

Prepare physical project job packs by collating, printing, and organising all required documentation before works commence.

Compile, print, and issue Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and handover documentation for completed projects.

Prepare and maintain as-built documentation for Business-as-Usual (BAU) works.

What you will need to have for the Construction Administrator role: 2 years administrative experience Experience within the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential Proficient in MS Office to include Excel Able to work independently and show initiative Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
