Senior Payroll Supervisor Our client based in Co Fermanagh, is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Supervisor to join their team and take responsibility for overseeing payroll operations across the UK and ROI jurisdictions.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery while supporting continuous improvement across payroll processes.
This is a permanent full time job, there is an option of part time or reduced hours if required.
The Senior Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for: Supervising and supporting payroll team members, providing guidance and training as required.
Reviewing and approving payroll calculations to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
Managing payroll records and systems, maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Investigating and resolving payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring compliance with statutory payroll requirements, including PAYE, NIC, HMRC, and Revenue reporting and payments.
Monitoring changes in payroll legislation and updating processes and procedures as required.
Managing pension scheme administration, including enrolment, records maintenance, contribution processing, and payments.
Preparing payroll reports and supporting month-end and year-end activities, including audit requirements.
Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and smooth payroll processes.
What you will need to have for the Senior Payroll Supervisor role: Proven payroll administration experience Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, legislation, and statutory obligations (NI & ROI).
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office; Mega Pay/SAP Success Factors experience desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
