Sales Support Executive We are working with a successful company renowned for its innovative products to recruit for a Sales Support Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the companys success in delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role is full time, based in Portadown and permanent. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations by assisting the sales team, managing client interactions, and providing administrative support. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for: Managing key customer portals alongside the wider sales team, maintaining product information, new listings and promotional activity. Completing and submitting new line forms, coordinating relevant information across the business. Maintaining customer pricing files and portals, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Keeping internal promotion, new listing and EPOS sales trackers current and accurate. Maintaining the monthly sales promotion invoice tracker. Supporting the sales team with retailer stock monitoring, reporting and forecasting. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate and deliver commercial activities on time. Providing logistical and administrative support for specific accounts Attending trade events as required, engaging with customers and consumers to support brand awareness and promotion. What you need to have for the Sales Support Executive position: Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and within a team. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
