Sales Support Executive We are working with a successful company renowned for its innovative products to recruit for a Sales Support Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the companys success in delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role is full time, based in Portadown and for a period of 12 months. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations by assisting the sales team, managing client interactions, and providing administrative support. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for: Building strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for product, order, and delivery information. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Assisting the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer enquiries. Managing CRM system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Administrative duties Coordination with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfilment. Preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
