HR Advisor We are delighted to be working alongside a leading employer based in County Fermanagh to recruit for an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to join a dynamic organisation and provide operational HR support across a workforce of 800+ employees. The HR Advisor will be responsible for the following: Provide operational HR advice and support to managers and employees. Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Advise managers on employee relations matters including attendance, conduct, capability, grievances, probation, and performance management. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation are applied fairly and consistently. Maintain accurate HR records and provide timely and accurate HR reporting. Support training and development initiatives, including Apprentice and Graduate programmes. Assist with the implementation and roll-out of HR systems and platforms.

What you will need to have as a HR Advisor: Previous generalist experience in a HR Department CIPD qualification would be preferred but not essential Good knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice. Strong IT skills, including experience using HR systems and producing accurate reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
