We are currently working alongside an established M and E business to recruit a Client Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The job is based in Newtownabbey.
The Client Support Administrator will be the point of contact for facilities management, providing helpdesk support, coordinating PPM bookings, and scheduling engineers. Deliver proactive, customer-focused service with strong administration skills, ensuring efficient query handling and regular updates.
Client Support Administrator will be responsible for:
- Logging and managing helpdesk calls, PPM bookings, and engineer scheduling
- Coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and clients for efficient job completion
- Monitoring work orders and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Maintaining administrative records, reporting, and finance tasks (purchase orders, invoices, costs)
- Liaising with Contract Managers to improve service quality and client satisfaction
What you will need to have for the Client Support Administrator role:
- Over 2 years' experience in customer service, handling calls and queries via phone and email
- Strong customer focus with awareness of client needs
- Skilled in administration and Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent communication, interpretation, and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable, supporting smooth contract operations
