Marketing Executive We are working with an established company who have built a strong brand identity over the years with a strong emphasis on customer service. Due to significant growth, they are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their team and set up this new function. This is a permanent job based in Belfast there is a very competitive salary, bonus scheme and benefits package with this role including free car parking. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Managing and coordinating marketing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Creating compelling copy for various platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B sector. Overseeing Google Ads campaigns, analysing performance metrics to optimise results. Managing social media accounts, crafting engaging content that resonates with the company target audience. Providing leadership and guidance, fostering a collaborative team environment. Liaising with Senior Management Team to build a comprehensive internal communications strategy What you will need to have for the Marketing Executive role: 3 years experience in a Marketing, Communications or PR role Proven experience in marketing with a strong understanding of project management principles. Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content. Experience in B2B marketing strategies and tactics. Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns effectively. Experience of managing social media accounts for business Strong command of English, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with office software and tools for efficient workflow management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
