We are currently working with an established manufacturer based in Lisburn to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to work as part of a team.

The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Providing feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new starters
  • Maintaining recruitment records and updating HR systems
  • Assisting with recruitment events and careers fairs
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

What you will need to have for the Recruitment Resourcer role:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
