Logistics Coordinator On behalf of an established client based in Belfast, we are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Co-ordinator to manage transport requirements and ensure the timely, cost-effective movement of goods. This is permanent role. The role will also support inbound delivery planning and ensure compliance with relevant customs and transport regulations, including HMRC, TSS and bonded movement requirements. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for: Planning and coordinating third-party transport for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries and collections. Sourcing and negotiating competitive transport rates while maintaining strong relationships with transport providers. Monitoring transport performance, resolving delivery issues, and communicating effectively with suppliers, customers, warehouses and hauliers. Managing customs and compliance requirements, including TSS, bonded movements, HMRC processes and associated documentation. Maintaining accurate records of customs, transport, costs, bonded goods and pallet movements to ensure compliance and support audits. Coordinating warehouse booking schedules and delivery appointments to ensure the smooth flow of goods. Managing pallet movements and maintaining accurate records for customer charges. Providing packaging sales data for ERP calculations and producing transport and performance reports. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing transport costs. What you will need to have for the Logistics Coordinator role: Previous experience within a similar Logistics or Transport role Experience with MS Office and Excel Good telephone and communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Skills: Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics Coordinator TPBN1_NI
