We are currently working with an established manufacturer based in Lisburn to recruit for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to work as part of a team. The Internal Recruiter will support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment for the Operational side of the business. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Actively sourcing suitable candidates from CV databases and professional networks
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
  • Responding to all applications in a timely manner
  • Gaining and delivering feedback to candidates
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team by maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and assisting with performance management processes
  • Effectively manage the on-boarding process in conjunction with internal departments
  • Identify and attend relevant recruitment events

What you will need to have for the Internal Recruiter role:

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships for making a meaningful impact by placing top talent in key roles
  • Proficiency with recruitment CRM systems and MS Office
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
