We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a HR Advisor to strengthen their dynamic HR team. This role is permanent and based in Co Tyrone.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Professional HR support and guidance to employees and management.
- Assisting with strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Supporting compliance with HR policies, employment law, and industry regulations.
- Managing recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and conducting interviews.
- Issuing contracts, onboarding new employees, and supporting probationary reviews.
- Assisting the HR Manager in developing training programmes for new and existing employees.
- Tracking and maintaining HR records, including training logs and performance appraisals.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Keeping HRIS system up to date.
What you will need to have for the HR Advisor role:
- 2 years Human Resources experience gained within a similar role.
- CIPD qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification.
- Reliable, confidential, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools.
