We are working with a leading employer based in Dungannon to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This would be a fabulous opportunity to develop your HR skills.
The HR Administrator will support the HR Manager in delivering efficient and proactive HR administration across the business. The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and maintaining employee records
- Providing HR support to employees and managers, assisting with employee relations, attendance, leave management, and policy guidance
- Maintaining HR systems, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinating training, wellbeing initiatives, and health & safety requirements for employees
- Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and other administrative records
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction through careers events and engagement with educational institutions
What you will need to have for the HR Administrator role:
- Previous experience working within an HR administrative role
- CIPD qualification, or currently working towards accreditation, desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation
