Business Support Professional On behalf of a leading employer in Co Fermanagh, we are recruiting for an organised and proactive Business Support professional to assist with planning, reporting, stock management, and administration.
Working with cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure operational efficiency and customer requirements are met in a fast-paced environment.
The Business Support professional will be responsible for: Supporting the development and maintenance of capacity and production plans to meet business and customer requirements.
Assisting with inventory and stock management activities to maintain accurate stock levels and product availability.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams across the business.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Customer Service teams to analyse sales trends and identify key demand drivers.
Supporting production planning activities to ensure schedules align with customer demand, resource availability, and operational capacity.
Providing general administrative support to assist with day-to-day business operations.
Preparing and maintaining accurate reports, ensuring all planning activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
What you will need to have for the Business Support role: 3rd level qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Planning, or a related discipline. 23 years experience in a business support, planning, supply chain, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with AS400 systems is advantageous.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or FMCG environments is desirable.
