Senior Logistics Administrator On behalf of an established client based in Belfast, we are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Logistics Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating transport operations and ensuring the efficient, timely and cost-effective movement of goods. This is a permanent position. The Senior Logistics Administrator will be responsible for: Coordinating third-party transport arrangements for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring deliveries and collections are planned and completed efficiently. Obtaining competitive transport quotations, negotiating rates where appropriate and developing strong working relationships with hauliers and transport providers. Monitoring transport activity and performance, proactively resolving delivery issues and maintaining effective communication with suppliers, customers, warehouse teams and hauliers. Managing and supporting customs and compliance processes, including TSS, bonded movements, HMRC requirements and associated documentation. Maintaining accurate records relating to customs, transport costs, bonded goods and pallet movements, ensuring information is readily available for compliance checks and audits. Monitoring pallet movements and maintaining accurate records to ensure appropriate customer charges are captured and processed. Providing accurate packaging sales information to support ERP calculations and preparing regular transport, cost and performance reports. What you will need to have for the Senior Logistics Administrator role: Previous experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain administration role, ideally within a busy operational environment Strong knowledge of TSS and HMRC requirements and MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams and transport providers Experience working with logistics software, ERP systems or similar business management platforms A good understanding of transport, customs or supply chain processes would be advantageous The ability to prioritise workload effectively, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment Skills: logistics Customs logistics coordinator TPBN1_NI
