Account Executive
We are working with a successful company renowned for its innovative products to recruit for an Account Executive to join their team. This is a permanent role and based in Co Armagh.
As an Account Executive, you will manage retailer, distributor, and customer relationships, ensuring prompt handling of enquiries, orders, and complaints across phone, email, and social media.
You will maintain a seamless customer experience, manage a complaints database, and drive process improvements while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service and business growth.
The Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all customer enquiries via online, phone, and social media, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.
- Managing the complaints database, tracking and analysing client issues for trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve client engagement processes to enhance their journey.
- Process online and phone orders, coordinating with the logistics team.
- Develop and implement a CRM system to track client interactions, feedback, and trends.
- Build strong product and process knowledge by collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Identify recurring client concerns, collaborate with teams, and escalate trends to senior management for resolution.
- Analyse frequent client enquiries to refine external communication and improve customer experience.
