Overview

We are seeking a nursery manager to work full time for 52 weeks per year all year round.

We are seeking someone with previous nursery manager experience or with deputy experience at a minimum.

Responsibilities

As the Nursery Manager, you will lead our childcare team to uphold the highest standards of care and education. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an organized and stimulating childcare environment, ensuring compliance with legal ratios, managing, supporting, and motivating the team, and overseeing the induction of new team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of running a Childcare.

To be considered for this role, you should (this is not an exhaustive list)

  • Have previous childcare management experience
  • Possess strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a focus on delivering high-quality childcare and education
  • Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher
  • Show a strong understanding of the EYFS guidelines
  • Exhibit excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Must have Ofsted inspection experience

This position is to be worked in a brand new nursery based in Romford.

Salary

Salary range is £30‑£35k starting amount.
