We are seeking nursery educators. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 2 or 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging and fun activities that cater to the diverse needs of children working as part of a team.
Foster a love for learning through creative activities, play, and exploration.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child\'s progress and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of children\'s progress and assessments.
Requirements
Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly in nursery or childcare settings with a good understanding of the EYFS.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Ability to create engaging educational play experiences that stimulate curiosity and learning.
Relevant qualifications in early childhood education level 2 or 3 CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ or Early Years Workforce
A proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Successful applicant must be able to undertake and provide a clear enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
