We are seeking nursery educators. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 2 or 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and fun activities that cater to the diverse needs of children working as part of a team.
  • Foster a love for learning through creative activities, play, and exploration.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and assessments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in early childhood education, particularly in nursery or childcare settings with a good understanding of the EYFS.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Ability to create engaging educational play experiences that stimulate curiosity and learning.
  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education level 2 or 3 CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ or Early Years Workforce.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
  • Successful applicant must be able to undertake and provide a clear enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.

  • Pay: Β£12.21-Β£12.94 per hour
