We are seeking a qualified Level 2 or 3 or above Nursery Practitioner. Joining bonus is £2500 for the full time hours, payable after a successful 6 month probation. The client is based in Henley on Thames and looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday full time. Full time roles are Monday to Friday from 07:30am to 6pm and are 8 hour shifts. Please only apply if you are within a 45 minute commute distance.
Duties:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, promoting a feeling of security and satisfaction among all parents.
- Care for the all‐round daily needs of the children to enhance their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
- Supervise all staff within your room to ensure high standards are constantly achieved.
- Contribute effectively to the team maintaining a high level of communication throughout the whole nursery.
Job Information:
- 40 hours per week, 51 weeks a year.
- Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or above) – Essential.
