We are seeking a Room leader for the pre school room. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as previous experience as a room lead or nursery practitioner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to the health and safety of all children in the room.
- Ensure the room is well managed and children's development is supported accordingly by working to the EYFS standards.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of EYFS.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Pay: Β£34,320 per year
