Due to rapid expansion of the sales team, we are looking for Customer Account Managers to join our team.
Location: Salford Quays, Manchester
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, alternate Saturdays 10-4pm
Responsibilities:
- As a customer account manager, you will talk with our customers about their finance approval and use your knowledge of the motor industry to find them a vehicle based on their requirements.
- After contacting the dealer and gaining customer commitment, you will then send the finance agreement and other associated documents in order to complete the sale.
- You will be responsible for upselling additional products and contacting the customer post delivery to make sure they are happy.
Qualifications:
- We require previous broker experience for this role, preferably in the car finance sector or motor trade experience.
- You must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft platforms.
- You must be fast thinking, with extensive knowledge of finance agreements and have a compliance driven mindset in order to protect the business, its customers and our brand partners.
