Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Team Leadership & Management Tutor to support learners undertaking qualifications including Level 2 Team Leading and Level 3 Management. The programmes focus on practical workplace leadership and management skills, including leading teams, communication, performance management, professional development, setting objectives, allocating work and developing effective workplace relationships. You don't necessarily need to be an experienced tutor to apply. The organisation is equally interested in hearing from experienced supervisors, team leaders and managers who have a strong track record of developing people and would like to use their occupational knowledge within training and education. You may currently work as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Department Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Business Manager or in another role involving responsibility for leading and developing people. Delivery will take place through a combination of training centres, employer workplaces and online learning, with travel across Northern Ireland required. Key Responsibilities Deliver and assess Level 2 Team Leading, Level 3 Management and related vocational qualifications Deliver face-to-face, workplace-based and online training Manage an allocated caseload of learners and monitor their progress Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback Support learners in developing portfolios and workplace evidence Develop and review individual learning plans Help learners apply leadership and management theory within their own workplace Maintain accurate learner and assessment records Build strong relationships with employers and provide updates on learner progress Provide ongoing academic and pastoral support to learners Person Specification / About You Essential: Significant occupational experience in a leadership, supervisory or management role A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above, which could include Leadership & Management, Business, Business Management, HR, Learning & Development or another relevant discipline Candidates with a relevant degree or higher-level qualification alongside substantial management experience will also be considered At least 5 years' relevant occupational experience Experience training, coaching, mentoring, supervising or developing staff Strong knowledge of leadership, people management and workplace development GCSE English and Maths or equivalent Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage an individual learner caseload Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland Full clean driving licence Candidates can come from a wide range of sectors. The key requirement is strong practical experience of leading and managing people rather than experience within one particular industry.
