As a Senior Office Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the practice, helping to manage communications, oversee office systems, coordinate diaries and documentation, and maintain effective processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Provide senior-level administrative support to solicitors and the wider team across a range of daily office activities.
- Draft, format, and manage correspondence including letters, emails, reports, legal documents, and internal communications.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and diary schedules, helping to ensure priorities are managed effectively.
- Prepare meeting documentation, take accurate minutes where required, and follow up on actions to support workflow and organisation.
- Maintain and oversee both digital and paper filing systems, ensuring records are accurate, organised, and easily accessible.
- Support document management processes, including scanning, copying, file preparation, and general case or office administration.
- Help monitor office procedures and administrative systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and support best practice.
- Order and manage office supplies, liaise with external suppliers where needed, and help maintain a well-organised office environment.
