Happy Healthy You in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR generalist to support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policies and workforce development. You will be confident advising managers and staff, delivering clear HR guidance, knowing when to escalate, and promoting sound employment practice across REN, HHU and the Bhip team.
As a two-day-a-week role, you will provide a shared HR and people resource across REN and HHU.
