Position: Fully Time Nanny
Location: Hampstead, London NW3
Salary: £62,920 to £65,780 per annum
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm (55 hours per week), with potential flexibility around Fridays.

A warm, professional family in Hampstead are looking for a reliable, loving and experienced full-time nanny for their baby girl, who will be around 6 months old when the role begins.
Both parents work in demanding roles within finance and are looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of their daughter’s day-to-day care. They value routine, structure and plenty of outdoor time, with classes, activities and age-appropriate stimulation.
This is a permanent, live-out, sole-charge role, ideally for at least two years. Mum is currently on maternity leave and returns to work in January, allowing for a lovely handover period. A driver is not required.
The family already have a housekeeper, so this is very much a childcare-focused role.
Days & Hours
Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm (55 hours per week), with potential flexibility around Fridays.
Start
Ideally 5th October, although they could wait until around 12th October for the right candidate.
Salary
£62,920–£65,780 gross per annum (£22–£23 gross per hour), depending on experience.
Duties
Full nursery duties including following her daily routine, preparing feeds and meals, supporting her through weaning, baby laundry, keeping her areas organised and planning plenty of classes, outings and age-appropriate activities.
The Ideal Nanny
The family are looking for someone exceptionally reliable, warm, organised and proactive, with strong baby experience and a good understanding of weaning, routines and developmental milestones.
Someone who naturally enjoys structure and routine would suit them particularly well. They would love a nanny who can confidently take ownership of their daughter’s day, independently planning her week, finding suitable local classes and activities and ensuring she has plenty of stimulation and outdoor time, while maintaining open communication with Mum and Dad.
Above all, they are looking for someone genuinely nurturing who will form a lovely bond with their daughter and care for her with real warmth and affection.
Excellent spoken English is essential, with an additional language a bonus.
Requirements
Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid, non smoker, excellent references and strong baby experience.
