What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure excellent standards of care, education and safeguarding
- Maintain compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and statutory requirements
- Support occupancy growth, resource management and budget planning
- Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community
- Lead staff supervision, coaching and professional development
- Drive continuous improvement and quality across the setting
- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive
What we’re looking for:
We're seeking a confident and passionate early years professional who can lead by example and bring out the best in others.
- At least be qualified to Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an early years setting
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills
- A proactive, approachable and supportive leadership style
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and education
