Alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), our enriching curriculum includes forest school, football, yoga, French, cookery, gardening, construction play and twice‑daily movement‑to‑music sessions to support every child’s development.
About the Role
We are looking for a Nursery Apprentice who has a passion for working with children and would like to undertake a Level3 qualification.

Responsibilities
- Promote the welfare and safety of children, reporting safeguarding issues to the person in charge.
- Support the planning and delivery of purposeful play activities in line with the EYFS.
- Work with parents, colleagues and other agencies to meet children’s individual needs.
- Guide children to understand healthy life choices through engaging play activities and support those undergoing transitions such as moving to school.
- Carry out respectful care routines, including feeding, nappy changing and dental care.
- Assist with the completion of the apprenticeship programme, meeting deadlines set by the trainer/assessor and collaborating with a dedicated mentor.
- Support children’s numeracy, literacy and language through a range of play activities and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Desired: GCSE English Language – 4
- Desired: GCSE Mathematics – 4
- Course – Early Years Educator (Level3), Advanced Apprenticeship (Level3)

Working Arrangements
