Are you committed to giving children the best start in life? We are looking for an experienced Early Years Senior Supervisor to join our experienced Tunbridge Wells nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children.

About the Role:

You will be leading and mentoring a team of practitioners in your designated room, creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children. The Senior Supervisor will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with our Where Children Shine curriculum, whilst building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, and support the Early Years Manager in operational excellence and compliance.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
  • Have proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting
  • Have passion for child development and a commitment to safeguarding
  • Have excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Be a proactive leader with a positive attitude
