We are looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development, committed to supporting children's growth and learning based at our Toddletown Godalming Nursery. As an Early Years Educator, you'll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional early years education, supporting each child's development and learning journey.
- Confidently implementing and following frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
- Meeting the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
- Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
- Actively contributing to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
We are looking for Early Years Educators qualified to Level 3 who:
- Have experience with child development and learning and are committed to children's emotional and intellectual growth.
- Are reflective and committed to professional growth.
- Can easily commute to multiple nursery sites within a one-hour radius.
- Have experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Are familiar with digital learning journals or nursery software.
