We are looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development and committed to supporting children's growth and learning based at our Charlton Heights nursery in Bristol. As an Early Years Educator, you'll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment.
About the role:
- Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child's development and learning journey.
- Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
- Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
- Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
About you:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education.
- Experience with child development and learning, committed to children's emotional and intellectual growth.
- Communicates confidently, professionally, and works collaboratively.
- Works in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment.
- Is reflective and committed to professional growth.
- Can easily commute to multiple nursery sites within a one-hour radius.

- Paediatric First Aid certification.
