We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Yate Nursery, on the outskirts of Bristol. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long-term career in a supportive, modern, and high-performing setting.

Up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with value of additional benefits after one year's service: £5,287. Yate – outskirts of Bristol on a growing new‑build estate with a large on‑site car park. Full‑time, Part‑time or Flexible Working can be supported. You’ll deliver high‑quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment by supporting each child’s development through inspiring activities and strong, nurturing relationships across age groups.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
  • Support each child’s individual development and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of child development
  • A team-focused, proactive approach and passion for learning

Nice to have:

  • Paediatric First Aid qualification
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
