Happy Days is growing, and we're looking for qualified Early Years professionals to join our nursery team in Yate. We're looking for an Early Years Educator / Early Childhood Professional to play a key role in children's early development. The Role
As an Early Years professional, you'll play a key role in creating inspiring learning experiences, championing children's development and working in partnership with families to provide the very best start in life. You'll work closely with children, families, colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework, while promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion. This role also provides opportunities to develop specialist expertise in areas such as SEND, safeguarding, early language development, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, training and quality improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
- Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements
- Build strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners
- Promote children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion at all times
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice

- Hold a recognised Early Years qualification
