We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Thornbury Nursery (North of Bristol). This is an opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long‑term career in a supportive, evolving, and community‑focused setting.
Thornbury – North of Bristol, located on a trading estate with on‑site parking and additional on‑road parking available if needed. Full‑time, Part‑time or Flexible Working can be supported. You’ll deliver high‑quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment by supporting each child’s development through inspiring activities and strong, nurturing relationships across age groups. This is a well‑established nursery with a strong community presence, situated between Bristol and Gloucester.

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Strong knowledge of child development
- A team‑focused, proactive approach and passion for learning
Nice to have:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
- Ability to support across similar settings when required
