We’re looking for Early Years Assistants committed to supporting children's growth and learning, to join our Happy Days Nursery team at Thorbury. As an Early Years Assistant you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education, and supporting them in becoming strong, confident learners.

About the role

  • Assist in providing exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
  • Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
  • Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
  • Deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
