Happy Days Nurseries creates a warm Watford nursery environment. The Early Years Supervisor will lead a dedicated team within the Boys & Girls Nursery, observe, plan and assess using our EYFS-aligned curriculum “Where Children Shine.”
You will mentor staff, drive professional development, maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards, and foster strong relationships with families to keep them informed about each child’s progress and wellbeing.
